Happy Autumn everyone. It's hard to believe that summer is over and we have stepped into a new season. To kick this fall season off to a great start, we planned a family trip to Apple Land Station. Apple land is a first generation farm, their first crop was harvested in 1986 and they sold from a picnic table. Since then, they have enjoyed providing our community with high quality, fresh produce and an opportunity to create family memories. Apple Land bakery makes their signature mile high apple pies and are made fresh daily. Everything in their bakery is scratch made, no canned pie filling, they peel, slice and steam their own fillings, they make and roll out their own dough for a buttery, flaky crust. Flavours: apple, apple crumble, pumpkin, pumpkin praline, cherry, blueberry, raspberry, strawberry rhubarb and pecan pies, all fresh for the eating! Great for last minute company! Apple Land has been a family tradition for us. Its a great way to have some family fun and of course to eat/pick some delicious apples.
